Bread and Answered Prayer

From IMB's CompassionNet Daily Prayer

“Aunty, did you hear what happened?” the excited Bihari children asked. M, one of the children, eagerly shared with the Christian teacher, “Yesterday I was so hungry that I begged my mum to give me some snacks, but she told me that she does not have money for snacks and I would have to wait until dinner. So I went to watch TV at a neighbor's house. When I reached into my pocket, there were four taka (7 cents)! I asked my mum and everybody around, but no one knew how the money had come into my pocket. It must have been God! He knew how hungry I was. I gave my mother two taka and bought myself some dal puri (lentil bread) with the remaining two. You were right. God really sees us and answers our prayers.” Give thanks to God for the truths that these young Bihari Muslim children are learning. http://www.peopleteams.org/biharimuslims/
