Welcome to the Team Registration instructions!

General information

You should complete the online registration on behalf of your entire team. NOTE: Please make sure each of your team members has a passport that will be valid for at least six months after your return from the mission field.

Online registration (please read carefully)

1. Click the button at the bottom of the page to go to the online Team Registration form.
To use the application pages, you must have an up-to-date Web browser. Upgrades are free! Click on the browser you use to upgrade now: Internet Explorer Netscape

2. Register as a new user, then you will receive an automatic pop-up screen giving you an assigned username; this username may or may not be altered. You must use the username assigned to you to access the online registration. You will also receive an e-mail within 24 hours giving you the same information.

3. Complete and SUBMIT Part One as soon as you select a mission project. The Team Leader section of Part Two should also be completed and SAVED, but not Submitted , at this time.

4. As soon as you have selected your team, complete the Team Members section of Part Two online, then SUBMIT Part Two. PLEASE NOTE: The Team Members may also be registered using the offline Excel spreadsheet, with instructions, provided to the Team Contact by the Student Mobilization office.

5. You will need to save your work before changing pages or before logging out of the registration or your answers will be lost. Once you click the “SUBMIT” button, you are no longer able to modify or access your registration.

Assignment

If you have already selected a mission project, please put the project number in the appropriate place on the team registration form. If you have not selected a mission project, you can view all available projects on Mission Projects.

All projects are generated by field personnel in accordance with their strategies. Your team may desire to serve in a country or at a time of the year when volunteers are not advantageous to the missionary strategy. In such a case, the team coordinators on the Student Mobilization Team will work with you to find an appropriate place of service that fits your team.
