Field Personnel Interview Guide
While you are on your mission project, ask your field supervisor
(maybe more than one) for time for a short interview. Your goal
will be to get to know the field personnel better, to find out what
his/her prayer requests are, and to understand the challenges and
successes of life on the mission field. Use the insight you gain
to share with your friends, family, and church members back home
about your experience and how you can all be involved in praying
for and helping the field work even when you are back home.
