International World Changers (IWC) participants and teams DO NOT need to contact a travel agent for flight reservations. IWC staff has flights already reserved for all projects at a discounted rate.

Youth Travel Policy

Youth mission projects are assisted mission projects which means that the Student Mobilization Team provides each piece of information needed to go on an international mission project to Youth Group Leaders and individual youth participants that are not with a team. This information includes:

  • Travel agent contact information
  • Travel insurance enrollment
  • Immunizations
  • Training seminars
  • Debriefing upon return to the USA

IWC Travel Policy

International World Changers is a pre-packaged missions program . International World Changers will book the necessary number of airline seats for each project location. Upon group registration, IWC will provide group leaders the appropriate travel agency to contact about travel arrangements. Participants MUST use the travel agency pre-selected by IWC. This ensures that all project participants will share an approximate arrival time and receive an equitable airfare.


College/Seminary Travel Policy

College and seminary mission projects are assisted mission projects which means that the Student Mobilization Team provides each piece of information needed to go on an international mission project to Student Group Leaders and individual student participants that are not with a team. This information includes:

*All participants are required to have travel insurance.
