For Field Personnel
STUDENTS NEED MENTORING!
Below are some areas of personal growth in which
the field supervisor can assist students while they are one
the field. Some students may display many of these characteristics
at home, but culture shock prevents them from exhibiting them
as much on the mission field. In order for the student team
to be as effective as possible, the field supervisor and team
leader can be sensitive to the personal growth of the students
and mentor them in these areas.
