Question 5: What are state partnerships and how do I work with them?

Answer:

Many states work with the IMB to establish partnerships with Baptist conventions in other countries. These states recruit individuals to fill specific needs within that country. When there is a need that can be met by students, the partnership office of a state will often ask the state student department to recruit students to meet the need. The state student department continues to work with the IMB Student Mobilization Team to process the students selected for the project by the state office.
