Child-like Faith

BIHARI MUSLIMS OF BANGLADESH (bee-HAR-ree). "Auntie, please can you visit my house today?" Young "Parveen" (a pseudonym) pleaded with her children's club teacher. When the teacher went, she found a family overwhelmed with problems. Making paper bags and boxes for income, the Bihari Muslim family of eight barely makes ends meet. One of Parveen's brothers has sold so much of his blood to a wealthy patient in need that he has no strength to get up from bed. Another brother has been imprisoned without charges for many weeks. Parveen, 10, trusts that prayer in Jesus' Name can change things, so she brought her beloved teacher to her house to pray for their needs. Please join them in prayer. Pray that Parveen and her parents would see Jesus answering their prayers in powerful ways. Pray that her whole family would grow in their trust and follow Jesus as Savior and Lord of their lives.
