Money Matters

Groups:

Project costs will vary dependent upon ministry needs, length of project and location (see the Youth Mission Projects current list). Those costs may range between $500 to $3000 per person, excluding airfare. Group leaders will work with field personnel to develop a project budget. If you have additional questions, visit the Frequently Asked Questions page, or Contact Us!

Individuals:

One-week projects cost $645/IWC and $450/MYG per person*, not including airfare. Two-week projects cost $995/IWC and $800/MYG per person*, not including airfare.

The cost for each project is listed online in the project description. The cost depends on where you go, when you go and how long you stay. For example, going to Africa will cost you more in airfare, but living and eating there is very inexpensive during the project. Going to France will cost you less in airfare, but living and eating there is very expensive. If you stay for one week, the project will, of course, cost less than if you stay for 4 weeks. The project costs listed online do not include the cost for airfare, immunizations, passport or visas.

Space is limited in each of the projects! Projects are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If all three of your preferred projects are full at the time you apply, the Student Team will contact you about other projects that are available.
